Aurora Public Library Makerspaces
The Aurora Public Library features innovative makerspaces at select library locations. These spaces are designed to spark creativity and learning.
Each makerspace is uniquely equipped and will vary by location.
These locations also host workshops, classes and open lab hours to help users of all skill levels learn new techniques and connect with fellow makers.

New to our makerspaces?
Welcome!
If this is your first time using our Makerspace, we invite you to sign up for one of our programs.
Please note:
- Users under the age of 18 must be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or approved staff member at all times while using the Aurora Public Library Makerspace.
- Patrons interested in drop-in use must complete an equipment training session and sign the User Agreement before using the space independently.
- Only users aged 18 and older are eligible for certification for independent use of the Makerspace and its equipment.
