City of Aurora Meeting and Community Rooms

Welcome to our new reservation site!

The City of Aurora is committed to providing the public with low-cost meeting and community room spaces at city libraries and select fire stations through this online reservation system.

Rooms are available to reserve up to 120 days in advance. Reservations may be made for a maximum of four hours with no more than two reservations per facility per month. Additional information can be found in the Public Meeting Room Policy.

Please see the Meeting Room Fee Schedule for room rental fees at all facilities available through this site. 

If you are planning a birthday party, family reunion, reception or need a unique location for your meeting or activity, space is available at recreation and cultural centers, golf courses, swimming pools and other city facilities.
