Register for independent sewing in our Makerspace and work on your project. Certification required.

Work independently on your sewing project in our Makerspace. Sewing certification is required to participate. You can become APL Sewing Certified in the following ways:

  1. You have taken at least 2 Beginning Sewing Classes at Tallyn's Reach Library, Hoffman Heights Library, Martin Luther King Jr. Library.
  2. You can show that you have been Sewing Certified at one of our nearby library systems: Arapahoe Library District, Denver Public Library, Douglas County Library.
  3. Successfully complete an hour-long Sewing Certification Class at Tallyn's Reach Library. You can make an appointment for this class by emailing Angie Andre at aandre@auroragov.org to arrange a time.
