Tallyn's Reach Full Community Room (Sides A & B)Fuel your body and feed your life with this DIY, no-cook food program.
Nourish & Thrive is an interactive workshop series that empowers its participants to improve their energy, reduce their cravings, and fuel their bodies using real food - without dieting or being overwhelmed. The class is lead by certified Health & Nutrition Coach Amber Contreras and Chef Tom Contreras and meets every other Thursday at 4 p.m. at Tallyn's Reach Library.
Each class includes:
- Brief, engaging education grounded in practical health principles
- Hands-on, make-and-take DIY projects led by Chef Tom
- Resources and handouts participants can use at home to support healthy habits
This program is judgment-free, fun, and highly engaging - designed to create connection, bolster self-confidence, and facilitate lifelong wellness.
At this meeting, we'll learn blood sugar basics, an intro to macronutrients, and how to fuel for sustained energy, and we will make our own balanced trail mix!
