Presenter, Lisken Hays (she/her) passion is rooted in connecting gardening and food through the lens of community building, health and overall wellness. She is a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) with a MS in Holistic Nutrition, focusing professionally on Lifestyle Medicine. Lisken is a long-time DUG volunteer, gardener in several community gardens, and has completed the Community Composter program. She is currently participating in DUG’s Therapeutic Garden Program.
