Aurora Fire Rescue Community Education will be offering an interactive presentation on recognizing and responding to common medical emergencies. This session is designed to help residents understand how to identify life-threatening situations and take simple, effective actions while waiting for emergency responders to arrive.
Topics will include:
When to call 911
Recognizing signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, and stroke
What to do during a seizure
The importance of medication management and emergency information (File of Life)
