This session is designed to help residents understand how to identify life-threatening situations and take simple, effective actions while waiting for emergency responders to arrive.
Topics will include:
When to call 911
Recognizing signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, and stroke
What to do during a seizure
The importance of medication management and emergency information (File of Life)
